Eva Brindisi Pearlman, was born in Utica, New York. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from LeMoyne College, Syracuse, New York. She also graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from University of Richmond School of Law, Richmond, Virginia. After law school, Ms. Pearlman continued her education and graduated with a Masters of Law in Taxation (LLM) from University of Baltimore, Maryland, Graduate Tax Program.
She is admitted to practice law in New York State, the Commonwealth of Virginia, Maryland State, and the District of Columbia. After law school, Ms. Pearlman practiced with the accounting firm formerly known as Coopers & Lybrand in Washington, D.C., as a tax consultant, from 1989-1991. Thereafter, she practiced in the fields of commercial real estate and corporate transactions with the law firm of Andrew Naden & Associates, P.A., in Towson, Maryland in 1992; and then with Fedder and Garten, P.A., in Baltimore, Maryland from 1993-1997.
Ms. Pearlman moved back to Central New York in 1997 to join a family practice founded by her father, Louis T. Brindisi. She is currently practicing law as a partner at the law firm of Brindisi, Murad & Brindisi Pearlman, LLP.
Ms. Pearlman has earned a BV Overall Peer Rating in Personal Injury and Litigation from Martindale-Hubbell, which is a designation given to attorneys after an extensive and confidential peer review by members of the Bar and Judiciary, for recognition of their legal ability and professional ethical standards. She has also been listed in Super Lawyers for Upstate New York for 2011 and 2017, which is an honor reserved for those lawyers
who exhibit excellence in practice. Only 5% of attorneys in Upstate New York receive this distinction. She has further been recognized by The American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys (AIOPIA) as Two Years 10 Best Personal Injury Attorneys for Client Satisfaction. This distinction is based on client and/or peer nominations and research and independent evaluation by AIOPIA.
