Eva Brindisi Pearlman
Eva Brindisi Pearlman, was born in Utica, New York. She attended LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1986. She also graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond, Virginia in 1989.
After law school, Ms. Pearlman attended and graduated with a Masters of Law in Taxation (L.L.M.) from University of Baltimore, Maryland, Graduate Tax Program, in 1993.
She was admitted to the Commonwealth of Virginia Bar in 1989, the Maryland State Bar in 1990, the District of Columbia Bar in 1993 and the New York State Bar in 1997.
After law school, Ms. Pearlman practiced tax law with the accounting firm formerly known as Coopers & Lybrand in Washington, D.C. Thereafter, she practiced in the fields of commercial real estate and corporate transactions with the law firm of Andrew Naden & Associates, P.A., in Towson, Maryland and then with Fedder and Garten, P.A. in Baltimore, Maryland.
Ms. Pearlman moved back to the Central New York area in 1997 and began practice with her father, Louis T. Brindisi, which was a life long dream, and is currently practicing law with him at the firm of Brindisi, Murad, Brindisi, Pearlman, Julian & Pertz, LLP.
Ms. Pearlman currently specializes in the field of civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury law consisting of wrongful death cases, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, labor law, nursing home negligence, slip and falls and medical malpractice.
Ms. Pearlman is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Oneida County Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, Virginia State Bar Association, and District of Columbia Bar Association.
